Karl did some interior alteration work at my 90 year old father's bungalow. Karl gave us confidence when he came to quote and we instructed him almost immediately, The job took about 7 working days and was completed more than satisfactorily and to the highest standard. Karl was very personable and was punctual, highly efficient and cleaned up after each day really well. Can't recommend him highly enough. Excellent job and my dad is delighted with the final results.

I was very impressed with Anthony and this company. He identified the problem immediately and quickly took steps to arrange a builder to fix it. I was pleased to be given a clear final price and really appreciated being kept up to date every step of the way. The work was carried out efficiently and all mess was cleared away. You hear of so many 'horror stories' about tradespeople who you invite into your home and put your trust in them to fix whatever has gone wrong. I definitely chose the most reliable, honest and hardworking to replace my ceiling and plaster after a leak and the complete dismantling of my ceiling. Chas was honest from the start, explained exactly what his plan was, and stuck to it, He kept me informed, turned up on time and never stopped, although a very messy job. They were completely respectful ofmy home.

I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.
