I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Mike responded to my request within hours. I had a Kitchen plan that Mike was able to improve, keeping the details that were important to me. He was able to give me an installed price that matched my previous equipment only one. Ordered before the Xmas and delivered/fitted the first week of the New Year. Very impressive. The fitter spotted a few points with my build on the first day, calling on his contacts to ensure all was done without delay. Very happy with the resulting spec, budget, timing, and quality

Qualified construction tutor in Painting & Decorating and I cover interior and exterior work. Projects I’ve worked on are shopping malls, football stadiums, celebrity houses, social housing. Feedback on my builder site is 100% see photos on there, Facebook & Instagram. Also spraying of kitchen and furniture services offered Spray Plastering service benefits are: creates no mess, dries white, dries within 1-2 days then can be painted, it can be sanded, it likes heat so no need to turn heating off, a lot faster process than the other type of plaster.
