Monta did all the work in my kitchen, that is plastering, full electric, plumbing, timber flooring and Ikea kitchen installation. All very well done despite lots of hurdles on the way which were caused by an old, derelict system in the kitchen. If you want someone who is super organised, clean and tidy, punctual and sticking to schedules, then Monta is probably your best choice despite not offering the lowest quote on the market. Communication with the main builder - Michael was exemplary and all was clear.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. My work is to a high end professional standard and I absolutely believe that preparation and attention to detail is the key to a successful long lasting job. I am a Professional Painter & Decorator based in London mainly specializing in interior residential decorating but also undertake small exteriors and commercial projects. Other work I usually undertake are offices, shops,pubs, new builds, maintenance painting contracts for landlords, letting and management companies.
We have a Regency-period mansion with stucco walls, and Alex painted this over four weeks. We are very pleased with the standard of his work - he uses only the best quality materials, and it’s fair to describe him as a perfectionist, doing thorough preparation and filling, and putting on as many coats as needed to get the end result as good as possible. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.
