Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. We had a downstairs toilet fitted recently. The work was carried out quickly, and Sunny and his associates were lovely, considerate and hard working. We have a Regency-period mansion with stucco walls, and Alex painted this over four weeks. We are very pleased with the standard of his work - he uses only the best quality materials, and it’s fair to describe him as a perfectionist, doing thorough preparation and filling, and putting on as many coats as needed to get the end result as good as possible. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.
