He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. The job has been completed to a good standard and the renderers are very nice, conscience lads who take pride in their work. However, I experienced some frustration at the quoting stage. It is all done over email/ WhatsApp and because of that, there were some "surprises " on their end when it came to doing the job. Despite me sending a video of the severity of some of the issues, this wasn't accounted for in the quote which led to additional payment. But I am happy with the final job and would recommend.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Quick to answer job advert and gave a good price, set a date for job to be done. Arrived on time and did a great job very happy with work done. Gave lots of advice for after care and painting once plastering was dry. My only complaint was that he put down dirty dust sheets to start with. He did a good job of cleaning up.

His team arrived and finished the job efficiently on the date agreed, even doing some additional essential ridge pointing that I agreed to. Bit delayed on the invoice but great job overall.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
