The office staff provided excellent communication, but we had issues with the first installation team, including missed appointments, inflexibility, and a quoting error. When we chose not to proceed, we were denied a deposit refund despite assurances otherwise, forcing us to continue. Wall Doctor negotiated a better cost, and the second team, led by Ben, was outstanding—punctual, considerate, and professional with excellent communication and workmanship.
