I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Really excellent job. He turned up when he said he would and done a great installation of our hall and study flooring. There were 3 parts that didn't arrive on time, but he came back to finish the job when the parts arrived three days later..

Great job tiling my fireplace and some of the floor in front adding much needed character to our living room. They were very professional and the finish looks great. They were punctual, friendly and clearly communicated what they would do and why before going ahead. First tradesman to be conscious about making a mess. They laid down dust sheets, swept and mopped the floor on their way out. 10 out of 10. Will rehire again when needed.
