Patrick was quick to respond and was great value for money. He did the work exactly when I wanted at quite short notice and did a pretty good job. Replied quickly to other queries and was quick to offer advice for work i wanted to do myself. Would use again without hesitation

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Can't give 0 starts but would if I could. Gave a quote and then wanted to change the price halfway through. Requested 80% of payment after 1 day work Caused hundreds of £'s of damage to wardrobes he was to install Did not return on day 3 to finish the job Has not replied to request for refund or to remedy the job Avoid

Really poor experience it’s now 6 months and kitchen still not finished I’ve given up Still waiting for certs for electrical works honestly don’t use they are lovely guys but take on too much work and don’t finish anything

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.
