He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. The job has been completed to a good standard and the renderers are very nice, conscience lads who take pride in their work. However, I experienced some frustration at the quoting stage. It is all done over email/ WhatsApp and because of that, there were some "surprises " on their end when it came to doing the job. Despite me sending a video of the severity of some of the issues, this wasn't accounted for in the quote which led to additional payment. But I am happy with the final job and would recommend.

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.
