Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

We are new to Rated People as we are looking to work more locally in the NW area at the domestic and small commercial level. With over 18 years in the trade, we have been successfully installing floor coverings on projects for a wide ranging client base; retail shops, gyms, pharmacies, offices, schools and more. As well as the commercial work we also have a great deal of experience in carrying out projects for home owners. The types of flooring we install include: LVT (Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo). The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
