I have just joined rated people I Am an experienced carpet and vinyl and LVT fitter for over 25 + years, a proper apprenticeship at a family run business to their full time and only fitter at carpet studio in the high st Cheltenham. We are multiskilled general builders with over 30 years experience, having undertaken a wide range of projects over this time from large scale refurbishments, extensions, ground / garden works, and new builds. There is no job too big or too small.
It was perhaps a small "bitty" job with a few complications (my fault) along the way but it was completed in time with good communication and expertise. It was done exactly as I requested at a good price so I have no hesitation in recommending.

The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.

Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

All round a very good job, small communication problem but the job was done exceeded my expectation, I would hire them again.
