James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Marian moved a boiler for me, fitted a gas hob, changed a couple of valves for the boiler and fitted a new radiator. He was efficient, polite. reliable and worked in a very tidy way. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.
