Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.

I honestly can not fault Alan. He was brilliant from start to finish. We had a damp proof course and some work inside. Alan answered all my questions and talked me through everything as he was doing it and sent videos of everything when I wasn't home.
