I have to agree with Stephen ME2, in that the proprietor seemed less than interested in locating and fixing the leak, as detailed, and very focussed on selling me a new bathroom instead, and start there and then.. I can only suspect that they didn't bother with anything as trivial as taking time to plan or consult with me for fear that I might back out before it was too late. What clinched it for me was his emphatic insistence that my inurers would pay for it. As if he could possibly determine that!

Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
