Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago.
