Im a qualified plumber by trade of just over 25 years and have vast experience on heating and plumbing. All aspects of building, plumbing, tiling, plastering and all electrical work within the bathroom is exactly what i do. All electrics are done by a qualified reliable and honest tradesman everything else is done by myself. All bathrooms are stripped back to brick or timber and built up to a high standard and finish. Full Wet-rooms, wall hung toilets/basin units, low and high level toilets, baths, showers, steam rooms, tiling, wall boarding, LED lit niches, extraction, underfloor heating and more. Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed.
