He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement.
