Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
I have more than 5 years' experience as a professional handyman, however, if you count all he jobs I've done around the house and for friends over the years, then this increases to 25 years plus of DIY experience . I qualified as a 17th edition domestic installer in August 2017. I will also do minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other odd jobs.

Extremely happy with the job. I had my bath replaced, new tiling done and taps/shower fitted. George was very communicative, helpful and completed the job quickly and to a really high standard. Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Their work is shown in the photos attached. From my own point of view they definitely rate with top marks in every way possible! And will definitely hire them again!
