Carried out an excellent job, left the yard tidy and with attention to detail. They turned up on time, maintained contact and worked hard to cut down all the trees and remove debris in a safe and professional manner. We will use them again!

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.

Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

ASL responded to my query very quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and Andy provided plans for the building work we required. They were able to start work within two weeks and helped me to deal with the building regulations side of things. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided an exceptionally professional service. The end result (an extension to our kitchen) was fantastic, and there were no hidden costs in the bill. Overall, I could not recommend ASL more highly. They will be doing all our building work in the future. Thanks Andy!

Did a great job boxing, tiling and plumbing new cloakroom. Very reliable, trustworthy and helpful with designs. Would definitely have back to do more bathroom renovations.

I would recommend this gentleman to anybody, and would certainly use him again. His quote was good value and the job came in on budget. I also got this gentleman to quote for fitting a radiator as well as plumbing in the loo, again his quote was very competitive. This tradesman is polite, trustworthy and reliable. He turns up when he says he will and gets the job done in the time he states it will take in his quote. He is very pleasant to deal with and I cannot say a bad thing against him - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Very pleased with the result. Price was spot on - not cheap but certainly not overpriced. Steve is a friendly guy and a spotless worker - everything was neatly packed away at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new boiler.

James kept in touch even when the job was put on hold due to coronavirus. He has done an excellent job in less time than expected. The standard of the work is extremely high and has transformed my flat. James is very reliable and can be trusted to get on with the work unsupervised. I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.
