Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website

I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.
