Within 2 hours of posting my job, which involved replacing some of the wooden cladding on my front door canopy, Steve phoned to say he was interested in the job. He came the next day and I accepted his very reasonable quote. He came early on the agreed day to start the work which was completed by mid day. Any mess that was made was duly cleaned up and he even made an additional repair to a guttering down pipe. Workmanship was first class. Highly recommended.

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. He was conscientious, cleared up properly and brought the job in on time. Even my builder asked for his number when he saw his work. All in all very happy.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
