Can’t fault the service from start to finish. Responded to the ad very quickly and gave a quote not long after which was very reasonable. Quick to arrange a time to come and complete the works and was happy to work round changes on my end. Communication was great and easy. Very happy with the work carried out and looks great. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
