Booking a convenient time was fairly good . Communication was good. Arrived promptly, however the work seemed quite rushed , and no joins were sealed with sealant as this is Lino fitted on a kitchen floor of high use for spillage /dirt im unsure how it will wear in due time . Some areas not glued down fully and visibly bubbled .

The reason I chose infinity to carry out the work on my roof. James came around when he said he would and inspected the roof and explained all options in detail. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. I’m delighted with the work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Lawrence again in the future.

Howard came promptly and gave a quote for later the same week. He got the paint for me - a matt emulsion for walls and ceiling. Overall the finished job was good although he had to return to redo a wall. Which he did without any fuss. Howard was very pleasant and got on with the painting efficiently. My reason for 4 stars is that Howard is a bit messy with preparation and finish.
