Very misleading. I was told if a part was required I would not be charged for the time to go & get it. What I didn't anticipate was being asked to order the part online. I was told that I would incur another 1 hour charge to come back & fix it. The charge is £62.50 per half hour, minimum 1 hour. Having already paid the hourly charge I declined as total cost would have been £250 ex vat. plumber was at my house for 20 minutes, charged £125 ex vat, toilet not fixed. Rip off

Bolier check was fine, thank my lucky stars, then leak traced quickly back to a faulty radiator valve. Part sourced and replaced and system recommissioned. Just in time for the inevitable cold snap. Would certainly recommend for their professional skills and straightforward explanation of what they were doing. For gas engineers i felt the price was competitive

I cannot recommend this company enough. Had a honest quote for a big job and they even managed to fit it in in just 3 days job was complete..ordered parts and kept me informed at all stages then put in a long shift to complete even when other minor problems occurred they fixed it also with ease .Would recommend to friends & family always .
