S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their subcontractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). Personal items "taken" from my house (owner compensated me slightly). Rusty chisel left in my son's bed. Even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! Stained my carpets. Subby was eventually replaced. Poor

Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.
