Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.

I have only recently signed upto rated people , find me on yell to see my 5star rating and read reviews. From leaving school I have always worked as an Electrician, I served my apprenticeship with a small successful family run business. This electrical business eventually grew into a building firm giving me an insight into many parts of the construction industry. I started DiGiT back in 2017 and it has proven to be a success, I have now branched out into property maintenance and have successfully renovated multiple properties. Reputation to me is massively important and I will always strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. I will communicate in a way that you will understand and pricing will always be made clear so both partys know exactly what is going on. I am currently up to date with all electrical legislation and I have both my 18th Edition and City and Guilds Test and Inspection qualifications. Paper work will be given once jobs are complete and you will pleased to know I am registered with Napit, an electrical governing body meaning my work is assessed constantly to make sure that jobs are being done not only to the clients wishes but also to the current rules and regulations.

After being founded in 2019, the company has went strength to strength in developing a strong customer base and network of commercial clients. After out growing our original headquarters in Cramlington, we relocated to a larger warehouse premises in Seaton Delaval in early 2022, there we are able to develop the infrastructure and equipment to be able to more efficiently and proactively take on larger scale projects for domestic and commercial clients. In mid 2024 we began our move to our current headquarters in Blaydon, we did this as our customer base had switched and we felt a relocation would benefit our customers and also give us the opportunity to further expand our base and begin to start work on the North Easts first roofing showroom, opening in early 2025. I had a problem with my roof leaking and it wasn’t a straight forward fix, the problem was misdiagnosed by 3 other roofing companies before John came and had a look and correctly told me what the issue was. As far as the company goes I cannot fault it, he was in constant communication with me throughout the whole job, work was started and finished really quickly and the site was left as clean as it was before he started. Also he was very competitively priced. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.

Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.

Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.
