Peter and his team (Mark and Chris) are professional and hard-working. We ultimately required unforeseen work due to old water ingress. Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. After leaving had I noticed that even fixed a light in the kitchen which was not requested. Invoice payment requested on completion. Good value of pricing. Eric
