Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

This company are just acting as middlemen and charge a fortune for it! £82.50 (per 30 mins), but minimum 1 hour, plus VAT on top! They didn’t advise VAT wasn’t included in the initial quote either. However, they arranged a tradesmen to attend within a few hours of the initial call and he was very good.

However, the communication was terrible, the contractor Lewis Brown was not able to produce a receipt for the work and parts and finally he did not pay the builders who worked on site. When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
