I have rated four stars because Christian had agreed to arrive at 9.30am, but got to the job by 11am. I had to 'phone him to find out he had been delayed because when he went to buy the key lock, two places didn't have one because they were out of stock. However, once he got to the house, he was very good, fitted the key lock, and. moved the dryer. I was very pleased with what he had done.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
