We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. Initially very friendly and helpful and promised to fix our drainage problem. Charged us a very large amount of money. The job has not been successful and we still have the drainage problem. We have chased them many times for a receipt for the money paid and a report that they promised that we could use to try to claim on our insurance for the work done. Each time they promise it will be sent over by the end of the day but we have received nothing. I strongly recommend not using this company.
