Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

James initially came to do a bathroom repair which had been badly managed by previous plumber. James in the end has installed a great new bathroom for us. His workmanship is excellent, reliable and also trustworthy. Would certainly have no problem in recommending James as a Rated Plumber.

Problem with my power shower developed yesterday morning, I started searching for a tradesman last night and it was removed and replaced early afternoon today. Faultless service. I have had to cancel the job unfortunately but Randeep was really good on his quote and turned up on time, I have kept his number for future reference though.
We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
