I cannot recommend this company enough. Had a honest quote for a big job and they even managed to fit it in in just 3 days job was complete..ordered parts and kept me informed at all stages then put in a long shift to complete even when other minor problems occurred they fixed it also with ease .Would recommend to friends & family always . James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.
I don’t like the way they operate it’s a guy comes around charging by the PH ???????????
