Their attention to detail impressed me. Their attention to drinking enough coffee to float a battleship also impressed me!!!! The overall result is we got what we wanted and a few laughs to boot!! Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. He even cleared a blockage in the basin trap unasked. We found him to be very prompt, cheerful, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to use him again.
