Ian and Adrian were most accomodating with the little alterations to the project that would inevitably arise and as a result I ended up with exactly what I wanted and more. Their attention to detail impressed me. Their attention to drinking enough coffee to float a battleship also impressed me!!!! The overall result is we got what we wanted and a few laughs to boot!! Dave did a great job at both my properties. His men left some work unfinished but he promptly came back to fix everything himself after.
We are a family run Property Maintenance, Repair and Re-Decorations specialists covering the Mid Wales region. We also offer a Maintenance Management service to private Landlords for emergency, annual and cyclical maintenance.

Simon came to view the job when he said and produced a detailed estimate quite soon after. He completed the job and tidied up afterwards. A very personable young man who knows his trade. I would recommend him.
Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. He even cleared a blockage in the basin trap unasked. We found him to be very prompt, cheerful, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to use him again.
