BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

After a sticky issue on a previous came out and sorted the radiators for free. Can’t say better than came out and the the rectification work so gave to give 5 stars. Did the job on time and even fixed a towel rail he didn’t fit . Thank you

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Just poor in every aspect. Sloppy workmanship has led to leaks in the bathroom, seals having to be replaced. We are now looking to have someone else come in to redo the work. Please avoid at all costs for your own sake.
