The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.

So pleased with the quality of work. Rhys did a great job on putting together my self assembly cat house. His work is of a high standard and he has a excellent work ethic. You can rely on him to show up on time and do the job well. Will definitely be going to him for any jobs in the future. Thank you, Rhys. We would definitely recommend this company. Rob came out to do the work on a Sunday as we needed the job doing urgently. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced. He responded quickly with a follow up query which we had after the job had been completed.

In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

totally impressesd by the quality and professionalism of blue flame gas services, After recieving a competitive quote from blue flame gas services l decided to let them complete the work, for me time was very important and blue flame arrived on time ,completed the job , the guys were very polite and helpfull and l would definite recomended them to anybody . well done blue flame , keep up the good work.
