Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. He completed a number of fiddly jobs with no fuss and left the house tidy at the end of each days work. We would recommend Dan for good value and workmanship on any bathroom refurbishment.

Needed a toilet stack fixing and replacing. Peter completed the job very soon after viewing it and offered cheaper alternatives to other tradesmen. Very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend or use again.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. Can’t fault the service from start to finish. Responded to the ad very quickly and gave a quote not long after which was very reasonable. Quick to arrange a time to come and complete the works and was happy to work round changes on my end. Communication was great and easy. Very happy with the work carried out and looks great. Would definitely use again for any further work needed.

Very pleased with our bathroom and the work DGN did for us, it has been finished to a high standard with good attention to detail. Good value too, Dal was very honest and fair about costs with no nasty surprises. He didn't charge more even though the fitting took longer than expected due to issues with the existing space. I would recommend Dal to anyone wanting a quality job at a fair price.
