Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. Fitted the cooker - no problems.
T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.
