It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete.
