You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel. They contact me straight away after placing my job on ratedpeople. And they where able to come out next day, they had to come back a day later to finish off the job properly, which was brilliant. I now have no more safety issues and will definitely call them again

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
