Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! On time, worked hard, cracked on, got the job done and tidied up afterwards

Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.
