Attended within hours of putting my request into Rated People for work on roofing repairs around a leaky dormer window.. Gave me two cost options for the job depending on what I needed doing and was then able to complete the work that afternoon. He explained to me what he had done with his team and showed photographs of the work he had completed. Very efficient. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
