Wonderful professional service provided by John. He explained everything to me from initial contact being made, exactly what needed to be done and came out to provide the quote. Communication was great, keeping me updated, setting the date for the work to be done and completed the work with utmost knowledge and professionalism, tidying everything up once complete. To whom it may concern. The team at Manchester's Roofing & Guttering -Building & Home improvements where excellent !! They arrived on time (which is hard to come across) they gave me options of what's best to do with my Roof-line. All workers where very nice & professional, I was kept up-to-date as the work was being carried out, my property was kept tidy everyday, I would highly recommend Manchester's Roofing & Guttering they done fantastic job at a fair price. I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. We can't say enough about him and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Ken and Julie.

Really good men the weather was bad but they came and worked hard, when the rain stopped .very tidy and very pleased with the men and the work (do like Coffey with lots of sugar ) I would recommend them and they texted to keep me informed

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. John did a fantastic job of fitting my new laminate floor, everybody who's seen it has complimented his work. He also helped me out with a few other jobs that I was having some trouble with and was professional, hard-working and great value. Highly recommended!

Tom is obviously very knowledgeable and chats through the job with you beforehand. He offered us good advice and options on how to connect our 2 new vanity sinks, a new shower and new toilet to our existing soil stack. Tom communicates well and arrives as agreed. Would thoroughly recommend and use Tom again as I felt I could trust him to do the job properly, on time and to budget.
