Hi let me introduce my self and my company. My name is Lee Emerson and i am the managing Director of Emerson Building Contractors. We are a family run company and I have been in the building industry for 30 years working in London on huge site projects which i did love but to now working locally on more personal projects such as single new builds, to extensions. loft conversions and refurbishments. The guys from Buckley roofing did a great job, kept me informed and listened to my requirements to get the job done. I did have one/two leaks after the job but they came asap to fix it so am very happy with the aftercare service aswell.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Many Thanks
