I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out. They have now stopped the water and fixed what was a pipe leak from the loft space. I can say they provide a quick very reliable service and are very helpful. I will definitely use them again. James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
