You have not phoned or emailed since I paid you £1800, not even a courtesy to say you had received the funds. I withheld the remainder as you did not membrane or baton as per the quote and withheld guarantees and photos of work in the loft, thus you are in breach of contract. Yesterday i went to touch up some paint that you failed to do and saw the gaps in the weatherboard and large hole. That is why I am in contact only now as I had not been in my neighbour’s garden.

Hi I'm a time served bricklayer, with 40 years experience, I have been self employed for the last 38 years and have never really been out of work but moved to Norfolk from Essex a couple of years ago and I am now looking for local work. I posted a job and David from Advance Roofing was both quick to respond and attend for a quote the next day. His price was very competitive and completed the works needed in the time frame he initially gave. Spent all day with a colleague fixing my issue and so far seems to have done a great job.
