Custom Carpentry & Construction is a family business based in Stirlingshire. We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry. We are highly qualified and have experience working for a wide range of clients, both business and private customers. Our previous work ranges from small domestic jobs, including fitting kitchens and bathrooms, finishings, bespoke wardrobes, laminate flooring, staircases etc. Mid-sized jobs such as extensions, garden rooms, shop fitting and renovations. And also complete new build properties and developments from start to finish. Therefore we have expertise in all areas of joinery and construction. More recently we have focused mainly on bespoke storage solutions such as built in wardrobes, media units, bookcases, under stair storage etc, fitted kitchens and flooring but we are happy to discuss any other projects. We pride ourselves on customer service and good communication alongside our high quality workmanship and reliability.

Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Although it took longer than expected they battled on sticking to the estimate and made what could have been a nightmare into an enjoyable experience and left behind a magnificent wall.

You can see the reviews on a other website I am on, it’s called Nextdoor. We are reliable, trustworthy and have great customer service. We always do a good job and have a great eye to detail. We do most garden work just to name a few weeding, hedges, edging, maintaining soil beds, slabbing, block paving ?( ground work), Pressure washing patios and driveways, removing rubbish and if you like your stripes we also do grass.

I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.
