Gave us a quote and stopped communicating with us when we accepted. Very strange and disappointing.

We used Paul to replace our conservatory floor, he arranged to view the job and arrived on time. After a few minutes with Paul you see he knows the building job inside out. He advised us of different options and wasn’t pushy. Leaving me to think it over. When we called him back to start work we were very impressed with how hard working and professional he is. The floor was completed on time and within budget, it looks and feels great! We now have him listed in our contacts for future work.

Very Experanced on all aspects of roofs
James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
Hi we are a family run business. We have been for 30+years. We do 10/10 Gardening and Landscape jobs. All of our customers are always satisfied and always happy to have us back to do more.
Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.
No job too big or too small
Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
