Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more. Coming was able to band make a section of the coving and honestly you could not tell. Great Job. So good have engaged him on a number of additional projects since and the standards are exceptional.

The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Marius’ workmanship was really good. The work was mostly stress free. We had some issues with plumbing afterwards, but Marius came back and fixed them. I would recommend him to anyone, and would use him again.

Mark kindly undertook this relatively small rendering job. He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. We had a visit from James to quote on our plastering requirements and instantly felt relaxed with him. The walls were incredibly uneven and heavily textured artex ceiling but we were reassured that although it was a challenge James talked through with us what he would do to prepare the surfaces and make good for a good plastered finish. Once a date was agreed James was prompt and reliable and worked extremely hard. He was a conscientious and tidy worker and the final finished work exceeds our expectations

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. We will be using him again to do the other ceilings in the near future. The price was reasonable and he was pleasant and polite.
