Serious and hard working. Since 1998 in EU and from 2010 in UK . "Work smart not hard" . Some people think they will get from you what they want with force. Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. This father & son team worked quickly and efficiently. They were in a hurry the morning they arrived having had a problem with their van the previous day, so were behind with their work schedule. However they did not skimp on the finishing of the mending of a plasterboard ceiling. But in their hurry to get to the next job they left a package of unopened sandwiches, a can of drink and a box of screws!
